Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line the muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a medium bowl.
In another medium bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with an electricmixer until light and foamy, about 2 minutes. While beating, gradually pour in the butter and then the vanilla.
While mixing slowly, add half the dry ingredients, then add all the milk, and follow with the rest of the dry ingredients. Take care not to over mix the batter. Divide the batter evenly in the prepared tin.
Chocolate Tea Bread!
The “bread” was good for those who want something light, and not very sweet, great for an afternoon tea or breakfast.

Cake with a surprise: A simple, rich chocolate cake I made for the holiday.
The cake was just a plain old marble cake. After baking I cut of the top and hollowed out the middle. The filling was yummy and very rich, I thought using dark chocolate would make if good but i will recommend you to stay with the milk chocolate.
Mix it together.
1 pkg. (8 squares) Semi-Sweet Chocolate (melted)1/4 cup milk2 tsp. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
Brownie Cheesecake
i did make small modifications, i made a lot less caramel sauce. Let the sauce cool for a while before putting it on the brownie/under cheesecake layer.

My popular Tiramisu, it is really yummy, and note this is not a cake it is Tiramisu.
I use lady fingers soaked in strong coffee, a yummy mascarpone layer and a flavored homemade wipe cream layer… repeat same level cover with unsweetened coco. yeap my tiramisu has two different creams i think its what separate its from the norm.
